They are looking for two more young suspects in a shooting in which seven people were injured

The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday identified two more young men as suspects in the shooting that occurred last Sunday in El Antro, an incident in which seven people were shot.

The two people the authorities are now looking for are José Angel Favela, and Danny Lee Cazares. Both face arrest warrants for the attempted capital murder of multiple people. According to the authorities, both are considered dangerous and presumed to be armed.

For this shooting, Samuel López, a 17-year-old native of San Juan, Texas, was arrested last Monday, August 17. Lopez was taken into custody by agents of the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office and the US Marshals.

“We would like to thank our federal partners and the public for their assistance in this case,” it said in a statement. López was brought before a judge on Tuesday to be formally charged.

Lopez was charged with attempted capital murder of multiple persons on Tuesday, August 8, and bail was set at $3.5 million.

The shooting at El Antro, located at 5120 South Raúl Longoria Highway, in Edinburg, occurred this past Sunday, August 6 at 4:35 am. At that time, agents responded to a call alerting them to shots that had occurred in the nightclub. .

Police officers discovered seven people with gunshot wounds at the scene, who were transported to a local hospital. Of the seven injured, five had already left the hospital and two were in stable condition.
