Chihuahua.’ A 14-year-old minor was arrested for his alleged responsibility in a case of rape against a woman, in Santa Barbara.
Ministerial agents of the Southern District District Attorney’s Office managed to obtain an arrest warrant with which the 14-year-old minor identified with the initials DAFV was arrested for his probable responsibility in the crime of rape with aggravated penalty.
The elements of the State Investigation Agency moved to the city of Chihuahua, where they completed the judicial order in Amaranto street, in the Puerta Real subdivision.
According to the investigations carried out by the Specialized Criminal Justice Unit for Adolescent Offenders, during the first days of March of this year, the detainee sexually assaulted the victim, who is also a minor, at a home of the community of Santa Barbara.
After his arrest, he was transferred to the city of Parral, where he was made available to the Control Judge who required him, in order to be taken to the hearing where this social representation will formulate charges against him.
