The Cuban reggaeton artist known as “El Kimiko” has been arrested for alleged domestic violence after an incident of jealousy with his partner, with whom he had been in a relationship for a year and a half.
According to the police report, the victim declared that she was lying in bed with the reggaeton player when he took the phone from her and began to ask her questions about a man she had met.
It was at that moment that an argument broke out between the couple due to the refusal of “Kimiko” to return the phone.
The victim declared that the assailant grabbed her by her left arm, pushed her against the bathroom wall, grabbed her by the neck and told her that he was going to kill her, although she did not lose consciousness.
The assailant then went to the kitchen and took a knife and put it to her neck saying that he was going to commit suicide if she did not tell him the truth about the man she had met and was the cause of the altercation.
The victim fled the scene and ran to a neighboring apartment where police were later called, who had visible bruises on her left arm and thigh.
The “Kimiko” was finally arrested and taken to the TGK jail.
