It happened on Saturday in a parade in Llavallol, a town in the south of Buenos Aires. Brisa revealed that Ariel pushed her a second before she received the impact. The man was taken to the neighborhood first aid room and then a patrolman took him to Llavallol Hospital. However, he arrived without vital signs and the doctors were unable to revive him.

The young people who shot

One of the kids who shot tried to escape but was caught. His name is Axel Pacheco, 23 years old, he had in his possession a Bersa brand 9 mm pistol with the numbers removed, eight ammunition in the magazine (one in the chamber) and 53 intact ammunition of the same caliber in a box.

The two apprehended are charged with the crimes of “simple homicide and attempted homicide.” The case was left in the hands of the Fiscal Instruction Unit 1 of Lomas de Zamora, in charge of the prosecutor Javier Gramajo.
