It was through the account of instagram of the young woman (and managed by her parents) where they made a call to meet in the government palacein Monterrey, at 2:00 p.m. on April 21, the date on which exactly one year will have elapsed since the crime, which until now has not been clarified.
“Almost a year and we will not rest until we find the truth. We love you daughter. April 21 will never be forgotten!”
