MIAMI.- After it was leaked that the fourth daughter of Brad Pitt y Angelina Jolieand the first biological of the former couple, would introduce documentation to legally renounce her father’s last name on her 18th birthday, the actor seems to be upset and hurt by how his relationship with his children has been broken.
“He is aware and upset that Shiloh has dropped his last name. He has never felt more joy than when she was born. He always wanted to have a daughter,” a source close to the magazine told People.
The informant also assured that the interpreter feels sad about how his children currently do not want to rebuild the bond.
Shiloh follows in the footsteps of Maddox, 22; Pax, 20; and Zahara, 19; who have openly opposed taking Brad’s last name and legally or symbolically only present themselves with Angelina’s and do not mention their adoptive father.
Likewise, little Vivienne, 15, also omitted the actor’s last name during the adaptation of the Broadway musical, The Outsiderswhich Angelina produces.
“Of course, it’s not easy for Brad to remember that he has lost his children. He loves his children and misses them. It’s very sad,” added the person who remained anonymous.
Another source close to the family asserts that the conflict has been hard for all parties. “He still loves all of his children very much. This whole process has been very hard for the entire family.”

Angelina Jolie, 48, and Brad Pitt, 60, have six children together: Maddox, 22, Zahara, 19, Shiloh, Pax, 20, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 15.
But the relationship between Brad and his children was not the same after the incident that occurred in September 2016 on a family trip, when during the flight a heated argument arose between the actors in which it was said that the interpreter had physically attacked to one of his offspring.
However, in August 2022, one told People that Pitt was looking for a way to maintain better contact with his children, amid his legal battle with Angelina.
“Since Angelina filed for divorce, Brad has focused on having the best possible relationship with his children. It has been very difficult for him. Many times, there have been long stretches where he did not see the children at all.”
At the beginning of the year, In Touch reported that Shiloh had no problems with her father and that when she turned 18 she would move in with him. The plan aimed to continue promoting the good relationship they have. “(She) is not unhappy in Angelina’s house, but she will soon turn 18 and wants to change things. Plus, she adores Brad and has always been daddy’s girl,” the publication reads.
But the recent action seems to show that, like her brothers, Pitt’s first-born daughter maintains a difficult relationship with her father and has taken sides in favor of her mother in the conflicts they still have.
