The cause is being investigated by the Prosecutor Edgar Toraleswho has available closed-circuit videos where the brutal aggression is observed, medical certificates, message chats and other evidence, with which the imputation and preventive detention order is awaited of the alleged aggressor, who he would be a prodigious trader in the area.
According to the complaint, the woman is constantly abused by her husband for several years due to “unhealthy jealousy”.
The complaint was filed in the Justice of the Peace of Coronel Oviedo, in charge of Eugenio César Cataldo Mendoza. The magistrate printed the paperwork corresponding to the case and granted measures to protect the young mother.
