In addition, together with the deputies Maximiliano Ferraro and Mónica Frade, he criminally denounced President Alberto Fernández, the Minister of Economy Sergio Massa and the Secretary of Internal Commerce, Matías Tombolini for sending truckers unionists to control prices in supermarkets, accused of “failure to fulfill the duties of a public official, abuse of authority, public intimidation and instigation to commit crimes”.
In the complaint, the leaders warn that “para-state groups have a long tradition” in Argentina and mention crimes against humanity perpetrated by the State, to shock groups that act in gangsand ensure that “the actions of pressure and intimidation” of the government“They are part of a scheme of violence aimed at controlling a nucleus of power.”
On the other hand, José Magioncalda, Juan Martín Fazio and José Patiño, members of the Apolo Foundation, filed a criminal complaint against the leader of the logistics branch of the Truckers Union, Oscar Borda and other members of the union, for understanding that they would be “usurping public functions”, in the framework of the controls for compliance with the prices fair.
