Juarez City.- As part of the Third Day of Security and Peace, cleaning, installation of lighting, and maintenance were carried out in the México 68 neighborhood.
In a press release, the municipal government reported that previously, crews from the General Directorate of Public Services intervened in the area in order to leave it in optimal conditions for its inhabitants, with tasks such as the removal of 1,157 tires, the lighting of 491 lamps and general cleaning of 6 parks in the area.
On behalf of the Clean Department, 140 tons of dragged earth, 70 tons of rubble, 15 of garbage and grass, 7.5 of tiliches, 2300 m2 of painted surface for the removal of graffiti, as well as sweeping with help of mechanical sweepers.
In charge of the Directorate of Public Lighting, the installation of 61 new led luminaires was carried out, maintenance was given to 340 in the neighborhood, as well as the rehabilitation of 90 located in the Gema Industrial Park, in addition to the installation of 14 more in México 68 elementary school, improving lighting conditions. The Directorate of Parks and Gardens provided a service to a community center and 6 parks located in the polygon, which were mowed, removed garbage and pruning and cutting waste, as well as the sanitation of trees and shrubs that were there. are located.
