The District Attorney for the Central Zone obtained a sentence of 29 years and 9 months in prison, against José BL, for the crime of rape with aggravated penalty and against the correct training of minors.
The now sentenced man accepted his criminal responsibility before the judge hearing criminal case 2124/2022, through a special abbreviated procedure where he received a custodial sentence that he will serve in prison for almost three decades.
The ministerial investigation carried out by the Unit for Crimes against Sexual Liberty and Security establishes that the defendant, between September 2021 and June 2022, at an address located in the Punta Oriente neighborhood of the city of Chihuahua, sexually assaulted three victims.
This social representation accredited the test data from the perspective of childhood and adolescence, since the attacks were carried out against children of 1 year and 10 months; 7 years old and a 17-year-old adolescent, who is diagnosed with a condition of greater vulnerability.
Derived from the investigation carried out by elements of the State Investigation Agency (AEI) and agents of the Public Ministry, the conviction and sentence against the aggressor was obtained, who must also pay the amount of 124 thousand pesos for psychological therapies and the amount of more than 10 thousand pesos for moral damage.
