An agronomist born in the city of Santa Fe, along with a road operator from Chaco, they will be subjected to an oral trial for the cause that investigates the discovery of almost half a ton of marijuana which was abandoned on National Route 11 after a crash in May 2022.

They are Esteban José Ojeda (35) and Fabián Fernando Micieli (57), both accused of having trafficked 478 kilos of marijuana that they were hidden in a truck -Toyota Hilux- that, after a bad maneuver, was embedded in a guardrail located at kilometer 820, in the jurisdiction of Las Garzas.

After the crash, the vehicle was abandoned by the traffickers. However, it was established who could be behind the abandoned drug shipment.

Both were prosecuted for transporting narcotics aggravated by the participation of three or more people organized to commit it and under preventive detention, they moved the case that from now on was elevated to trial to the Federal Oral Court of Santa Fe.
