Culiacán, Sin.- Armed men kidnapped health personnel and stole at least two ambulances in Sinaloa, presumably to treat and transport hitmen who were injured in the brawl that broke out after the arrest of drug trafficker Ovidio Guzmán López.

Videos disseminated on social networks show that men with long weapons steal Red Cross vehicles and enter a hospital to get health personnel out.

Local media reported that in the Municipality of Angostura, they also forced paramedics from said institution to accompany them to attend to alleged personnel of the son of “El Chapo” Guzmán with injuries.

The looting of ambulances and the kidnapping of doctors and paramedics were also reported in Culiacán.

State and municipal authorities have asked the population to remain in their homes while order is restored.

Following this announcement, patients who were in hospitals went home, which was also captured in videos that have been broadcast by various communication channels at this time.
