Justice tries to investigate the accounts of those who billed the group Caputo Hermanos de Luis Caputo, in the case in which the Federal Revolution group is being investigated, allegedly involved in the assassination attempt against Cristina Kirchner.
The alleged carpentry of Jonathan Morel is one of the suppliers of the Espacio Añelo Trust in Neuquén de Caputo Hermanos, but it would have outsourced the construction of the furniture requested, for which reason it is being investigated whether it was not really the simple financing of a violent group.
Federal judge Marcelo Martínez de Giorgi ordered the lifting of the tax, banking and stock market secrecy of the suppliers of the Caputo Hermanos firm to carry out carpentry work and equip the Espacio Añelo building, in the Vaca Muerta region of Neuquén.
The economic measure, which was requested by prosecutor Gerardo Pollicita, was ordered to determine if Jonathan Morel, founder of the Revolución Federal organization, provided any service to the Caputo family or if they gave him invoices.
The prosecutor had requested the lifting of a woman’s tax and banking secrecy, Maria Elizabeth Saidwhich appears as a supplier of furniture for the company Caputo Hermanos destined to equip that building in Vaca Muerta.
The magnifying glass is also put on Oscar Sosa, father of one of the main referents of the far-right group Revolución Federal, Leonardo Sosa. In the latter’s possession, 50,000 dollars were found during a procedure.
The judge also requested the movements of the accounts of Sosa’s father to know “the registered transfers, data of the payer and the recipient” and details about the checks, “date, amount, currency, drawer, beneficiary and endorser.” Everything points to determining the origin and destination of the funds.
The judge ordered the removal of eight other suppliers of the Espacio Añelo Trustincluding Zetamix SA, Dormipol SA, Gioluce SRL, Cooperativa de Trabajo de los Artesanos, and others, according to judicial sources.
