Juarez City.- Three defendants for gender crimes committed to the detriment of women were linked to the process, reported the State Attorney General’s Office.
In a bulletin issued by the Prosecutor’s Office, it indicates that the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Specialized Investigation Unit for Detainee Crimes, accredited the probable participation of the accused, with which the Control Judges in the Bravos Judicial District resolved to initiate criminal proceedings under the precautionary measure of preventive detention.
In the first case, Pablo LM, will face criminal proceedings for aggravated sexual abuse, for touching a 15-year-old adolescent, in events recorded on April 2 at a home in the Anahuac neighborhood.
Tomás Isidro GD, was attributed family violence for allegedly psychologically assaulting his former sentimental partner, on April 7, in a house in the Ampliación Plutarco Elías Calles neighborhood.
Fernando LM was accredited with the crime of family violence and injuries, since he physically and psychologically assaulted his former sentimental partner, a 10-year-old girl, and a relative, injuring her hand with a knife, in events that arose on April 3, at a home in the División del Norte neighborhood.
Said persons were detained within the term of flagrante delicto by elements of the Municipal Public Security Secretariat and were placed at the disposal of the FEM Public Ministry Agency.
