Juarez City- The half-naked body of a man, to whom a threatening message was placed, was hung from a metal structure (graphic signage) in the municipality of Casas Grandes, reported the State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE).
The finding surprised people who live in the Juárez neighborhood, where the body was placed in a metal arch, a structure where video surveillance cameras will be placed, an SSPE agent reported.
The body was hung by its feet on the top of the structure, its genitals were mutilated and a cardboard was placed on it where they threatened rapists and pigs.
