Police sources indicated that the incident occurred when the premises, with several customers inside, including two minors, the thieves on a motorcycle approached the door and quickly got off. With their helmets on, they went directly to the employee of the place, who was serving an ice cream, from whom they demanded the delivery of money.
While this was happening, those who were sitting on the chairs and tables facing the street fled in terror when they saw this terrifying situation.
During the attack, one of the motochorros jumped over the counter and the same employee resisted, so the other attacker hit his victim in the head with the rifle butt and shot at least twice.
Faced with this situation, the “rags” that were in the area tried to defend him when the criminals fled, for which they responded again with detonations, and there one of them ended up with a gunshot wound, although he would be out of danger, they indicated.
The person who was working was also the victim of a shot that hit one of the fingers of his hand, which ended up in a cast, according to what the owner of the place told this outlet. “Even if you don’t believe it, they didn’t take money,” said the man, who was not at the time of the robbery, but he could see what happened through the security cameras.
In this context of lack of control, not happy with the attack on the ice cream parlor, the two thieves continued their criminal raid in 62 between 14 and 15, where they ran into several people and at gunpoint, they stole two cell phones before fleeing at full speed. speed.
Alerted by a call from one of the victims, the agents mounted a quick search operation following the clue that the attackers had fled in the direction of the former Glider Club settlement, where they finally found one of the two involved.
One of the thieves is 18 years old
After arresting the thief, the officers confirmed that he is 18 years old.
They also recovered the stolen phones a few minutes before. In addition, a 9 mm pistol with ammunition was found in his possession, with which he carried out the robbery.
In this context, the boy was apprehended and brought before the Justice for the crimes of “attempted robbery, robbery, illegal possession of a weapon of war, weapon abuse and injuries”, while his accomplice is still intensely sought. .
