Britney Spears was surprised to find the police outside her door on Tuesday. Worried about her state of health, several fans of the singer asked Ventura County authorities to carry out an audit at the star’s home.
A surprise visit that did not really please the main interested party. On Twitter, Thursday evening, Britney Spears once again asked her audience to respect her privacy.
“I love and adore my fans, but this time things went a bit too far and my privacy was invaded,” Britney Spears wrote in a statement posted to Twitter.

If Britney Spears fans were so worried about their favorite artist, it’s because of an articlepublished on January 14 by the site TMZ. In this one, its author assures, video in support, that the interpreter of Toxic reportedly had a “fit” while dining out with her husband, Sam Asghari.

In an attempt to calm the controversy, Sam Asghari quickly explained on this stage, relayed by many media. He assures TMZ that nothing written in the article is true and that Britney Spears is doing just fine.

But the singer’s public was not convinced by this speech, especially since, in the process, Britney Spears published quite a strange message on Instagram, before completely deleting his account.
Fearing for the mental health of the artist, placed for 13 years under judicial supervision, and thinking of doing well, some Internet users therefore alerted the authorities. However, Britney Spears once again reassured her fans about her health in her Twitter post:
“The police […] quickly realized there was no problem and left immediately,” she said.
And to conclude: “I sincerely wish that the public and my fans, to whom I care so much, respect my private life in the future.”
