Thousands of people from all over the world came to the hot Californian desert to be part of one of the most important and convening international music festivals: the festival Coachella 2023.
Both the public passionate about music and the artists who gave their shows were the stars of the 22nd edition of the festival that extended over two weekends to pure music, culture and fashionin which art in all its forms said present.
A party full of colors, impressive looks, joy, fun and love for music in which artists of the stature of Bjork, Bad Bunny, Rosalía, Blackpink, The Fabulous Cadillacs – representing Argentina -, Frank Ocean, Calvin Harris, among others.
Latinas and Latinas were noted in this 2023 edition of Coachella, both for their strong presence in the public and also for the Hispanic artists who gave you their shows. The first was the Spanish Rosalía who repeated the formula of the shows of the Motomami Tour but recharged. She invited her boyfriend and partner of hers from her latest EP, Raw Alejandrohe put together unique choreographies, and gave away his unique voice and style.
Then it was the turn of Benito Ocasio, better known as Bad Bunny, who was positioned this year as one of the headliners of the festival, becoming the first Latino to do so. His show, one of the most watched on both weekends, reviewed the Puerto Rican’s old hits and the songs of “A summer without you”, his last and highly successful album with which he conquered the US market. The bad rabbit also had great guests like Jose Feliciano, Archangel y Frontier Group.
Another of the most outstanding presentations was that of the band Gorillazwhose latest album, “Cracker Island”contains many collaborations that joined the Coachella live, for example, Bad Bunny o Thundercat. However, the mythical band led by the former leader of Blur, Damon Albarnhe returned to some of his undisputed classics such as “Feel Good Inc.”, “Clint Eastwood”, “On Melancholy Hill”and several more that also had feats such as From Soul, Del the Funky Homosapienamong others.
