To prepare the cheesecake you will need to get the ingredients on this list:

  • 250 g of dry biscuits;
  • 75 g of butter;
  • 2 tablespoons of milk;
  • 250 g of mascarpone;
  • 200 ml of fresh whipping cream;
  • 2 sheets of isinglass;
  • 60 g of icing sugar;
  • 200 g of strawberry jam.

To start, prepare the base of the cheesecake by mixing the biscuits with the butter. You will have to reduce the first ones to a pulp and mix them with the melted hot butter. You will need to put the latter in a bowl along with the powdered sugar and mix with a spoon.
