The TIM operator has been facing instability problems this Thursday, January 5th. The problem appears to be concentrated in the southern region of the country, more precisely in Rio Grande do Sul. The problem is related to the mobile internet. So far, the operator has not yet commented on what happened, either through its service channels or social networks with TIM AJUDA.

TIM off the air this Tuesday, January 5th
According to DownDetector, a website that monitors instability in services connected to the Internet, the problem at TIM started this Thursday at around 3:30 pm, when the first notification of instability arrived. But the big spike in complaints came at 4:30 pm, with more than 500 notifications on the site.
Instabilities arise the day after TIM announced that it is present in all 5,500 cities in Brazil.
We are waiting for an official position from the operator, which will probably happen soon and regularize the service that has been affecting thousands of consumers.
What can you do?
At the moment, the ideal is to get in touch with the call center to present the problem complaint, so the operator will have more calls and will give priority to solving the problem.
