As a child, Reece Thompson appeared in Titanic.
He only had one sentence to say. As the cabin of the sinking ship slowly filled with water, the boy asked: “What are we doing, mommy?” His mother’s response: “We’re just waiting, honey. When they’re done putting the first class people in the boats, they’ll start with us. And we want to be ready, don’t we?”
As is well known, things turned out differently and most of the third class passengers found themselves in the Titanic her wet grave. But for Reece Thompson, his small role should pay off for a long time.

In an interview with Australian broadcaster Network 10, Thompson confirmed he’s still owed a regular payment. However, he already has for many years no more money received. The reason: He has moved and has not yet updated his address. Should he catch up, Thompson believes in the outstanding checks: “I just assume that they will come.”
Titanic cast earns between $200 and $300 annually
Most recently, in 2018, Thompson had a conversation with “businessinsider.com” talked about his fee. At the time he explained that he was for his film role about $30,000 have received. Added to this would be the royalties, which spread over the year between 200 and 300 US dollars (about 180 to 270 euros).
