The phenomenon occurs when the sunset aligns perfectly with Manhattan’s street grid.
The event occurs at approximately 8:20.
Hopefully the clouds over our city will move away and offer some visibility.
Wide streets offer some of the best views of Manhattanhenge, including 14th, 23rd, 34th and 42nd streets.
