Suspect of killing neighbors and their dog arrested

The man accused of shooting to death his neighbors and a dog in Washington Heights was arrested this Thursday by police, according to the New York Post.

Lenue Moore was captured by police in Brooklyn for the September 29 shooting deaths of Jackie Billini, Levaughn Harvin and Billini’s pit bull.

According to the investigation, Moore had previously attacked Billini due to her dogs barking in the building where they lived.

He was then arrested and released on bail by a judge, who imposed a restraining order.

On the day of the murders, Jackie Billini and her pit bull were in Highbridge Park accompanied by Levaughn Harvin, a friend who helped Billini walk the dogs because of her fear of being attacked by Moore.

Billini was shot in the back of the head and neck and Harvin was shot in the face and shoulder.

The alleged killer then also killed the dog.
