Tom Cruise, who must also go to the coronation, will participate in a sketch made especially for this concert.

Megastar Tom Cruise, singer Tom Jones and actress Joan Collins will take part in the King Charles III Coronation Concert on May 7, announced the Anglo-Saxon media.

These entertainment figures will participate in pre-recorded sketches for this event. Winnie the Pooh will also make an appearance in one of these sketches – a bit like Paddington during Queen Elizabeth II’s Golden Jubilee.

The Sun also announced last February that Tom Cruise would go to the coronation on May 6. According to the tabloid, he should interrupt the filming of Mission Impossible 8 to get there.

Virtual Choir with the Commonwealth

Organized the day after the coronation of King Charles III, on May 7 at Windsor Castle, on the outskirts of London, this concert will honor the artists Katy Perry, Lionel Richie et Andrea Bocelli.

This eclectic poster – with the absence of British stars – will also bring together the boy band Take That in its current form and without its founder Robbie Williams or the classical music composer Alexis Ffrench.

There will also be a choir made up of amateurs from different communities, in addition to a virtual choir bringing together representatives of the Commonwealth. The event will be broadcast on the BBC. About 20,000 people are expected.
