Initiated in 2007, the saga Transformers keeps growing. Five years after the feature film Bumblebee, the Autobots are back to save humanity from the Decepticons. In Rise of the Beasts, fans of the saga are immersed in the heart of the 90s. Enough to revive several memories. We take stock of the 4 major information to remember before the release of Transformers 7.

Intrigue et date de sortie de Transformers : Rise of the Beasts

The wait is not very long before finding Optimus Prime and his companions. In effect, Transformers : Rise of the Beasts arrives in French cinemas on June 7, 2023.

After the prequel Bumblebee which took place at the end of the 80s, Rise of the Beasts gives us an appointment in 1994. Unicron and the Decepticons are ready to do battle with our civilization. The threat of seeing humanity destroyed is greater than ever. Fortunately, the Autobots are ready for battle. Even better ? They are not alone since they can count on new allies, the Maximals.

What are the Maximals?

If you grew up in the 90s, we may be unlocking a memory from your childhood. Indeed, in 1996, Hasbro presented new Transformers toys capable of transforming into impressive robotic animals. If they had not yet appeared on the big screen, these heroes of a new genre had had their moment of glory on the small screen with the series Animutants et Beast Machines : Transformers.

In this seventh film Transformersthe Maximals will join forces with the Autobots to protect humanity from Unicron.

A still lucrative saga?

Since its launch in 2007, the saga Transformers seduces spectators who want a great show. In total, the franchise raked in $4.8 billion at the global box office. A rather impressive number. However, the good days of the saga seem to have passed since the last two parts, Transformers: The Last Knight in 2017 and Bumblebee in 2018, did not shine as much.

With a breath of fresh air brought by the Maximals, we can only hope that Transformers : Rise of the Beasts allow the saga to regain its letters of nobility.

Mister V au casting de Transformers ?

As unlikely as it may seem, the (multiple hats) content creator Mister V is indeed on the bill of Transformers : Rise of the Beats since he lends his voice to Mirage, dubbed by Pete Davidson in the original version. In the guise of a Porsche 911 Carrera RS 3.8, Mirage is a faithful ally of Optimus Prime in this new opus. The French personality has some experience in dubbing, particularly in Space Jam: New Era et Project X.
