Authorities are investigating the discovery of two people dead in the Westlake area early Wednesday morning.
The bodies were discovered around 7:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Second Street, according to the Los Angeles police and fire departments.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene on a report of a “medical emergency,” the LAFD reported. Authorities did not immediately release the identities of the two people or their cause of death.
No other patients were treated at the location, the LAFD reported.
