Ubisoft unveiled a new game of Assassin’s Creedwhich for the first time introduces a first-person view, also marking his first foray into the world of computer technology. Virtual reality (VR).
The new release is named after Assassin’s Creed Nexus. This is a project that the studio has been working on for some time, in parallel with two other games from the same franchise: Mirage, the next big bet in the seriesand Jade, a game designed for mobile devices. Details of both were shared during the conference.

In the game, you take on the role of legendary assassins with a new story. in the plot, Abstergo finds a way to recover lost artifacts and important to the course of humanity at different points in history, letting you accept a series of missions to ruin the company’s plans.
Who would you like to be?
Specific, you can choose between Ezio Auditore (perhaps the best known of the series and protagonist of Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood and Revelations), Kassandra (Assassin’s Creed Odyssey) and Connor (Assassin’s Creed 3).
This means that we will have different settings, in pre-Independence America, Ancient Greece and Renaissance Florence.
As for the gameplay, you will be able to move through several maps with 360º navigation, historically accurate, and with various ways to meet the objectives. Also interactive historical figures will be presentseveral of them helping you in carrying out the missions.
Assassin’s Creed Nexus Combat
Combat features controls based on actual player movement, including defending, counter-attacking, and individual dueling, with a vastly varied arsenal at your disposal. The traditional parkour and stealth of the franchise is also confirmed, with climbing techniques, disguising yourself in the middle of the crowd.
Assassin’s Creed Nexus VR will be released in late 2023. For now, the game has only been confirmed for Meta’s virtual reality platform, and the Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, and Meta Quest 3 headsets.
