The untitled Star Wars game from Ubisoft studio Massive Entertainment, which we heard about almost two years ago, has reached an important milestone, and now looking for game testers.

The studio announced on Twitter that they are looking for people in the vicinity of their offices in Malmö who might be interested in participating in the upcoming test phase.

Little is known about the project, not even the name, but we’ve heard that’s what it’s going to be about a story-driven sandbox game. The project is led by Julian Gerighty – known for The Division series – and also uses the Snowdrop engine.

But despite the secrecy, the production has obviously come a long way if they are ready to bring in people from outside to test the game.

Gerighty hinted in a New Year’s message that “2023 is going to be big for [dem]», so hopefully we will get more information soon.

Massive Entertainment is the same studio working on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which is also expected in 2023.

Members of the Gamer.no editorial team continuously assess whether an eight-hour train ride from Oslo to Malmö is an acceptable commute for the opportunity to participate.
