USA: Wyndham will incorporate 16 LuxUrban hotels to Trademark

Wyndham will add 16 LuxUrban hotels to its Trademark Collection, located in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Washington and New Orleans, where the hotels will maintain their LuxUrban brand.

With this, Wyndham will provide operational, financial and sales support, as a growth strategy to capture other LuxUrban properties. According to Chip Ohlsson, director of development for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, there are urban destinations that have a distinctive character and unique charm that hoteliers want to retain, but they also want visibility, distribution and support from a well-known brand.

The new Trademark Collection by Wyndham brand is aimed at three- and four-star hotels that want to take advantage of Wyndham resources, while remaining independent in the style of their hotels.

Today, the brand includes more than 185 hotels in nearly 25 countries, including cities like Atlanta, San Francisco, Las Vegas, Montreal, Berlin, Zurich, Athens, and Istanbul, among others.

ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham now has a portfolio of 265 hotels in the US and Canada, making it one of the largest extended-stay hotel brands.
