Cologne – radio presenter Verena Kerth (41) has become engaged to her boyfriend, singer Marc Terenzi (44).
The musician surprised his partner after she left the RTL jungle camp in the episode broadcast on Saturday evening with a marriage proposal. Terenzi had traveled to Australia as Kerth’s companion and was already waiting for her with a picnic on the beach after her departure. There they both fell into each other’s arms to see each other before the singer got on his knees in front of his girlfriend. “I like the title ‘Frau Terenzi’ better than ‘jungle queen,'” Kerth said after accepting the proposal.
The presenter, who had to leave the show “I’m a star – get me out of here!” This season as the first participant, has been with the musician since 2022. Terenzi was married to pop singer Sarah Connor from 2004 to 2010. dpa
