“Following the red alert sirens that sounded in the last few minutes, Magen David Adom teams started searching the areas where rocket strikes were reported,” the organization informed during this evening. It listed Tel Aviv, Rishon Letzion and Bat Yam as the most affected areas.

But most of the emergency calls focused on the Bat Yam area, Magen David Adom said.

Rescue teams are “also searching other areas where injured people have been reported, including Yavne, Givatayim, Bat Yam, Beit Dagan, Tel Aviv and Rishon Letzion,” according to the quoted source.

Earlier, the Izz el-Deen al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, announced that it had fired another 150 rockets at Tel Aviv on Saturday evening. The group said in a post on Telegram that this attack was a “response to the bombing of the residential tower in the center of Gaza City”.
