Juarez City.- The Welfare Delegation began today with the operation to replace bank cards with one from Banco del Bienestar for more than 30,000 beneficiaries who receive support at other banking centers.

The card substitution operation is only valid for older adults who receive their pension at Banorte, Azteca banks and other banks such as HSBC, Santander, Scotiabank and Afirme.

From May 2 to 26, reception tables will be set up at the monument to Benito Juárez, in the downtown area, and starting next week at the Lupita Salesian Oratory, located at the crossroads of Henequén and Oaxaca streets; then from May 22 at the facilities of the Technological University of Ciudad Juárez

“The operation is part of Banco del Bienestar’s banking strategy to reduce costs and make federal resources more efficient, which reaches the beneficiary directly,” said Guzmán Argueta.

The requirements to replace the bank card are: three copies of official identification, two copies of CURP, birth certificate and proof of address; as well as a couple of contact telephone numbers

In this way, as of next July, the beneficiaries of the federal government’s assistance programs will only receive their support on the Banco del Bienestar card.
