The group urban neighborhoods built ten years ago in the silver with a focus on real estate ventures of different types and scales. In addition to subdivisions and multifamily complexes, it currently has some commercial avenues in full expansion throughout the city.
The real estate developer is characterized by being a local pioneer in generating medium-scale ventures with a commercial destination and offices, with parking lots and a pedestrian walkway, generating the concept of proximity stores for new growing urban areas.
Thus, they are currently running the “Miter Walk” 485 corner 138, a development that has 2,600 covered meters, parking for 75 vehicles, a pedestrian walkway, commercial premises and offices.
There are only three units left for sale and rental units have begun to be marketed. The work is estimated to be completed in May 2023.

In the stage of projects to be executed, the group has four ventures to be launched: “Paseo 138 between 484 and 485”a multi-space of 3,000 cubic meters with commercial premises, offices and homes. Storage (518 and 132 bis): on a fraction of 18,000 square meters this project contemplates the execution of six sheds of 800 to 1,800 cubic meters; “The Aurora Walk”, on avenida 7 and 602 bis with 12 commercial premises; and “Walk the Rye”on avenida 7 and 622, with six commercial premises.
Meanwhile, among the completed developments is the “Paseo 131 and 505”with 100% occupancy, has 3,000 cubic meters for commercial premises and offices; “Santa Elena Walk” at 609 and 5 bis, with 100% occupancy, it has 800 cubic meters for commercial premises; “Arana Walk” in 419 and 21 D, Villa Elisawith 100% occupancy, has 500 cubic meters for commercial premises and offices, and “Nirvana Ride” on Camino Gral Belgrano and 479, with 100% occupancy, for commercial premises and offices.
Regarding subdivisions, in the northern zone it has several enterprises. Among those completed are: “The Orchards” (501 and 151), “The Bell Oak” (133 and 477), “Quintas de Mitre” (138 and 486), “The Channel” (132 and 476) and “Altos de Don Carlos I and II” (501 to 511 and 137 to 140), leaving few units available.
Meanwhile, in execution are: “Walking trails” (501 and 161) and “The hill” (515 and 161), with 500 units of 300 to 400 Mts.2. The group’s next star launch, in the approval and project assembly stage, is “La Belle”, located at calle 501 a 476 between 152 a 160, in a fraction of 120 hectares and located in the best area of La Plata to live, with great accessibility by avenida 155 between 476 and 501 (to be executed by the developers) and by calle 501 (soon to be paved between 140 and 155). This venture will have 900 units distributed in five gated communities, with single-family lots, condominiums, commercial premises, offices and amenities. As a novelty and something totally disruptive, it is projected to generate a common space for the 5 neighborhoods on an area of 3.5 hectares, which will be used exclusively for sporting and social use by LA BELLE unit holders.
In the southern zone we can find “The Aurora” (7 and 602 bis), with 120 units, “St. Helen” (609 and 5 bis), 44 units fully sold, “The Ash Trees” (660 and 13 bis), with 96 units, “The Rye” (7 and 622), 28 units, “Chacras El Refugio” (Route 11 km.28, Bavio), five farms of five hectares, remaining units available.
