Interpump has acquired 85% of the capital of Indoshell Automotive System India for a value of 8 million euros. This company operates in the sector of ferrous and non-ferrous metal casting (cast iron and aluminium) and will be strategic for the group. These are the words of President Montipò

The title Interpump (MIL:IP) closed the session of February 22 at 51.85 euros, up 1.67% on the previous session.
The month of February for Interpump’s quotations passed in one long lateral phase between the €50.35 and €52.10 levels. At this point only the break of one of the two indicated levels could give directionality to the quotations.
Even the numerous signs of strength recorded during the session of 22 February were not sufficient to break the resistance and send the stock off the ground. On the other hand, during the same session, the support was also solicited and resisted the downward pressures.
