Elections 2023 in San Juan, La Pampa, Tierra del Fuego and Salta

Within the framework of a new election day, the provinces of San Juan, La Pampa, Salta and Tierra del Fuego they will go to the polls this sunday may 14 to elect their next authorities. The electoral ban begins 40 hours before the opening of the elections and extends up to 3 hours after the end of the election. It ends at 9:00 p.m. in order to avoid any type of incident with people who are still in the voting centers, even after 6:00 p.m., when the polls close.

– Keep open the houses for the sale of any kind of alcoholic beverages until three hours after the closing of the poll

– Offer or deliver ballots to voters within a radius of 80 meters from the polling stations, counted on the road, street or road

– To the voters, the carrying of weapons, the use of flags, currency or other emblems during the day of the election, 12 hours before and 3 hours after the end of the election.

– The opening of party organizations within a radius of eighty (80) meters from the place where polling stations are installed.

The Electoral Tribunal or any of its members may order the temporary closure of the premises that are in violation of the above provisions.

Likewise, reception tables may not be installed less than eighty (80) meters from the headquarters where the domicile of the recognized Political Parties is located.

The dissemination of electoral, television, radio, internet and print media advertising is also prohibited.
