Next, Capitanich explained that the decision, made with the support of the majority of the provincial leaders, is based on a “multiplicity of facts“, which range” from the violation of the Public Ethics Law to poor performance based on decisions that have to do with, in a timely manner, the declaration of unconstitutionality of Law 26,088 after more than 16 years of validity and the restitution of law 24,937″.

“We observe a clear bias, which means that the failures observed are to favor a political bias“, the Chaco governor insisted and warned: “Argentines cannot be calm in terms of safeguarding life, property, honor and freedom with members of the CSJN who clearly and forcefully violate the Constitution and above all the principles that are essential from the republican principle and federal government. We, the Argentine provinces, feel victimized by the whimsical allocation of resources, without any type of foundation or argument.”

The petition of the governors of the provinces includes the impeachment against Carlos Rosenkrantz, Juan Carlos Maqueda Y Ricardo Lorenzetti and for a parliamentary matter, they ask the bloc of deputies from the ruling party to promote the impeachment project.

At the end of the meeting, which lasted more than two hours, Axel Kicillof detailed that “Tomorrow the request for impeachment will be presented“, which – he indicated – is a procedure that “has no precedent in history: a President and most of the provinces accompanying something that has to do with the division of powers.”
