Blizzard Entertainment is still working on the big update 10.0.5 for World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. But the team already has one smaller patch published, which should interest many players. Because the current hotfix not only corrects various bugs, but also takes care of them general class balancing. In this way, the developers want to meet some of the fans’ requests.

Balancing patch is ready

The hotfix makes numerous changes different class specializations forward to provide a little more balance. This is particularly evident in the category the damage dealer noticeable. Some of them have received a decent buff to not be so far behind. Both the Frost and Fire Mages now deal slightly more damage, same goes for the Feral Druids. Also at Vengeance Paladin and the Shadow Priest the developers at Blizzard Entertainment have lent a hand again. The near future will show whether and to what extent all these changes will have an impact.

But the team has not only lent a hand with class balancing, but also with some of the dungeons. There it mainly hits individual bosses and their skills, which have been screwed on again. The hotfix also takes care of that intensely about the PvP part from World of Warcraft (buy now ): Dragonflight, because there are currently class balancing issues in this area as well some problems. With the help of the adjustments, these should at least be mitigated. However, there is already some discussion within the community as to whether the current changes are sufficient. By the way, the patch also contains a small bug fix that is not for the MMO expansion Dragonflight intended, but for World of Warcraft Classic: Wrath of the Lich King. The full patch notes can be found on the second page of this message.
