Yesica, the Argentine model advances in her recovery, is going for her second surgery

Yesica Samoiloff is currently undergoing tibia surgery, this would be the second surgical intervention to be performed in less than 48 hours because in the previous intervention, one of the pieces necessary for leg reconstruction was not correct and delayed the operation to Sunday, this Tuesday the surgeons continued their work.

“It turns out that the material that arrived was not the correct one, it was of a different size and it is an important piece for the femur and well, for this reason the surgery was delayed another day, I despaired because my sister was writhing in pain and of course seeing the plates, had a femur split in three and with open fracture and very painful after that I asked her if they could put something on her to lessen the pain and they put it on, I asked her if it worked and she said no”.

Yesica has been able to communicate with her sister through simple responses by moving her head, also with handshakes she let her know how Karen felt, this is a sign of a good recovery by the Argentine model who suffered a terrible accident at the hands of an alcoholic teenager who ran over her December 28th.

“Well, on Sunday at one in the afternoon they performed the first operation and they finished at six in the afternoon. It was a very, very long and complex operation in which they needed two bags of blood, but the doctors did not want to continue with the operation of the femur because it was risky”.

Yesica is currently in surgery of the tibiaone of the most necessary, her sister Karen has commented that it was necessary to intubate her again in order to continue with the process to recover the damaged leg after the crash.
