Wertach – Nino de Angelo (59) is considered the enfant terrible of the German pop world, because the “Jenseits von Eden” singer has been living like a rock star for years – and rarely makes a secret of it. The 59-year-old is causing quite a stir among many people. But the German-Italian knows how to defend himself.

“I hope you slipped in well,” says Nino de Angelo in his New Year’s message via Instagram, wishing his followers “only the best” and “above all health” for the coming year. But the hit star can also be different. Only a little later, his tone becomes much sharper. “Then I have to get rid of one more thing,” begins the Karlsruhe-born musician and then openly scolds a “weak-headed Italian” who is said to have attacked the 59-year-old a few days ago.
The reason: On New Year’s Eve, Nino de Angelo filmed himself drinking a vodka with a pickled pear ext. That was “the best basis for the red wine tonight,” said the pop singer in the clip. But that recording didn’t appeal to everyone. A follower had let the “Blessed & Cursed” interpreter know that he was ashamed of also being of Italian descent.

For Nino de Angelo, after this comment, the measure is full: “It’s not my fault if you’re Italian and you’re ashamed – because of me? The topic of alcohol seems to trigger some anger in the 59-year-old. “Your stupid comments really piss me off. (…) You little pees! I freak out when I read stuff like this! Leave people alone! You can fuck me!” the singer scolds himself in a real frenzy.
In the end, however, Nino de Angelo pulls himself together, smiles at the camera and states: “I’m neither an alcoholic nor any of the shit you imagine in your poop. I’m me. And you – are – you.
