If you feel the need for nostalgia to invade every pore of your body, get ready because you are going to receive a slap from the past. 8BitDo has introduced Retro Mechanical Keyboardyour new keyboard that will delight fans of the legendary NESbecause all the aesthetics of the peripheral is reminiscent of the legendary Nintendo console.
Priced at $99.99, two models can be purchased, either the N edition or the Fami edition. The first has the typical gray color of the NES that we received in western territory, while the second is distinguished by the red and white colors that the Famicom had in Japan. The launch is scheduled for August 10, although reservations can only be made through Amazon in the United States.
The funniest thing of all is that beyond the 87 buttons on the keyboard itself, it is accompanied by the Super Buttons, a couple of huge buttons that are inspired by the two we had in the original NES controller. They can be programmed to respond to the command we want and are connected via a 3.5mm cable, and you can purchase a pair more for $19.99.
Although we can connect it through a USB port, it is possible to use Bluetooth and 2.4GHz wireless connections, offering a range of 200 hours for every four hours of charging thanks to its 2,000 mAh battery.
