The protester of 11JFrancisco José Candiot García, was sentenced to a more rigorous prison regime in the Mar Verde prison, in Santiago de Cubaaccording to a complaint from relatives to independent media.

Candiot García was serving his six-year sentence in the La Caoba correctional facility, located six kilometers from his home in the city of Palma Soriano, where he went out to protest peacefully in July 2021.

“They sent him to Mar Verde. Previously, another of the prisoners of 11J, Andrés Quinta, had already been revoked.
