A collective will file a complaint for fraud in an organized gang, thus targeting several influencers of reality TV.

“Influvoleurs” is the term chosen by the Collectif d’Aide aux Victimes d’Influenceurs to denounce misleading practices. A complaint will be filed by the collective for organized fraud.

False reductions, misleading financial investments, false online bets… Influencers are often pinned down. The complaint targets two specific cases involving nearly 80 complainants. The first concerns “NFT Animoon”, a scam that promises very large gains after investment. This non-existent game has however been highlighted by several influencers.

The second case is dubbed “Blatagang” and directly targets influencer Marc Blata. “Investigations, enriched by numerous names and documents, should be opened against the various protagonists of these projects. Among which Mr. Marc Blata and Mrs. Nadé Blata residing in Dubai”, indicates the collective in its press release.

Obtain redress

For this, the collective is joining forces with the firm Ziegler & Associés, whose lawyer Me Jocelyn Ziegler will file the complaint this month with the Court of Paris. Victims of other influencers would also have approached the collective to try to obtain compensation.

Personalities like rapper Booba have warned of these deceptive practices. Booba is used to denouncing the illicit practices of influencers mainly targeting the agent of many influencers Magali Berdah. The latter had filed a complaint against the rapper in September 2022 for cyberbullying.
