Musical carnival dance with 200 students from the music school Bregenzerwald.
Hittisau. Dressed up as clowns, pirates, cowboys, Indians, wild and tame animals and in colorful costumes, children made music at the Bregenzerwald Music School’s carnival concert in the Ritter-von Bergmann-Saal in Hittisau. No fewer than 200 schoolchildren and their teachers presented a colorful carnival program of music.
Colorful music program
The colorful and happy music was adapted to the fifth season. The line-ups were as diverse as the choice of music: piano, transverse flutes, guitars shared the stage with woodwinds, singers, percussion and folk music instruments. The string group “Sägewerkorchester” was in action, as was the circus “Klarifari” and a hearty brass formation. The audience thanked them for the enjoyable evening with hearty applause, before the Hittisau children’s guard under the direction of Bianca Nußbaumer provided a brilliant finale.
The music school director Anton Meusburger opened and closed the program with the Hittisau carnival greeting “Hibo Hibo Holladio”. Among the hundreds of enthusiastic visitors, he was able to welcome Chairman Georg Fröwis and Mayor Tobias Bischofberger, on behalf of his Bregenzerwald counterparts. The two moderators Lara and Linda expertly guided through the program and skilfully loosened up the conversion phases with funny jokes. The lively concert ended with a colorful carnival party hosted by the music association Hittisau-Bolgenach. ME
