A man died due to a shot to the head after a brawl between the victim and two other people, who shared alcoholic beverages in the kiosk of a house located in Picada Sol Naciente, town of Dos de Mayo. For the fact, the Police detained a 66-year-old suspect and delayed another 62-year-old.
According to the first investigations that this morning newspaper could verify, the sixty-year-olds, identified as Ramón G. (62), Miguel C. (66) and Franco Dionisio (69), were consuming alcoholic beverages last Thursday in a kiosk, and after an argument the victim would have shot Ramón G. with a rifle, according to the latter’s account.
Personnel from the Dos de Mayo Radioelectric Command Division went to the local hospital where Ramón G. was found, who had a gunshot wound at the level of the left costal area. When asked about the cause of his injury, he stated what happened.
In this way, units of the local agency went to the scene of the events and found Dionisio lifeless inside the house, who was lying on top of a bed with a gunshot wound to the head. While next to his body a rifle-type firearm could be seen.
On the other hand, the subject who informed the police what had happened ended up hospitalized after receiving a projectile at the height of the chest, apparently from the same weapon. Meanwhile, the third person involved, who would be the owner of the property, is without injuries.
As part of the investigation, the Police seized an air rifle modified for .22 caliber, a 22-millimeter shell that was in the barrel of the weapon, eight cartridges of the same size, a knife, bottles of alcoholic beverages and various items of clothing.
The Investigating Court 3 of San Vicente ordered that an autopsy be carried out on the body and the paraffin test on those involved. The 1st Police Station, the police doctor, the Scientific Police, who carried out the rigorous tasks, worked in the place, in addition to the Radioelectric Command Division.
On the other hand, the Personnel of the Criminal Division carried out technical work in the place and took samples for paraffin tests from the body of the deceased and the other two involved. Miguel C. after medical discharge was detained.
In addition, the body of the deceased was transferred to the Judicial Morgue for the corresponding autopsy.
The third event in two weeks
The homicide in Dos de Mayo is not the first this year in Misiones. On January 8 in Monte Carlo, a young man identified as 24-year-old Rolando Alberto Lara was admitted to the local hospital lifeless as a result of an attack with a knife that he had suffered minutes before in the street. On the other hand, the other homicide in Tierra Colorada was that of Jonathan Fernández, a 30-year-old man who was found with stab wounds on Sunday morning in the Bicentenario neighborhood of Puerto Iguazú.
Added to these events is what happened on January 6 in Eldorado, where a woman with mental disorders threw her two children (7 and 3 years old) into the Paraná River.
