Well, the campaign to name a road after Prince was started by his friend Mark Webster, who also works security at Paisley Park. The bill reached the Minnesota Senate after being unanimously approved by the House, but Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is expected to make it official.
The commemorative road will have details that every fan of Prince will recognize, because will be marked with purple signs along the route of just over 11 kilometers. All of this is being paid for by friends of the legend, as well as some of his fans.
