Hogwarts Legacy It’s a few days away from the official release date, but a video comparing the locations in the game to those in the movies has already been posted online. The Digital Deluxe Edition of Hogwarts Legacy, a highly anticipated title from Avalanche Software, gave customers the chance to play the game early.
As a result, eager fans have already started flooding social media and video-sharing platforms with bits of the game they found interesting.
Hogwarts Legacy is set in the magical world of witchcraft and wizardry in the 1890s. Long before the time of “The Boy Who Lived”, this will follow the story of a fifth grade student at Hogwarts.
Players will be able to attend classes, take trips within the school grounds and outside of Hogwarts, and even delve into plots involving dark wizards and a goblin rebellion. In addition to casting spells and mastering potions, Hogwarts Legacy will allow players to craft and trade items, interact with magical beings like the Kneazles, and even use the legendary Room of Requisites as their base of operations.
The central location of the game is Hogwarts castle itself. Although players will be able to venture into other magical places like Gringotts Bank, Diagon Alley, and the Forbidden Forest, the majority of the game will take place in the castle and the grounds that surround it.
Now, a YouTube video made by ElAnalistaDeBits shows the differences between Hogwarts in the movies and Hogwarts in the game. Players will instantly be able to recognize places like the Great Hall, the Defense Against the Dark Arts room, the Wooden Bridge and the Quidditch Pitch.
Keen observers may notice the dragon skeleton that hangs over the DADA classroom. In particular, the Headmaster’s Chamber is much simpler in the game, because the current headmaster of Hogwarts Legacy isn’t so much interested in teaching as he is in basking in the glory of holding such a prestigious position.
