Mexico City.- After a report from the Los Angeles County coroner assured that Aaron Carter drowned after inhaling gas and taking pills, his fiancée Melanie Martin wants a second autopsy to be done, as she assured TMZ that there are inconsistencies in the record of death.
Martin commented that she is willing to hire a private investigator in order to clarify the facts, as she assures that there are elements that were not taken into account, such as the way in which they found the singer’s body because he was dressed in the bathtub, which Which makes her think that maybe someone put it there.
The fiancée also added that the singer had a scratch on his eyebrow and nose, so he believes that perhaps he struggled with someone.
Aaron Carter was found dead at his home by the housekeeper in 2022. At the scene they found canisters of compressed air and prescription pills in the bathroom and in his bedroom.
Police at the time stated that the singer was “unconscious” and had no “life-threatening traumatic injuries” at the time of his death. This was reaffirmed in his autopsy report.
Aaron Carter rose to fame in the late ’90s as a child star, and hits like “I Want Candy” and “That’s How I Beat Shaq” launched his career.
