Nicolas Cage loves Star Trek
In the interview, the actor is asked if he wants a role in The Mandalorian or in the general Star Wars universe. Especially an appearance alongside Pedro Pascal – who plays Mando in the Star Wars series – would have ensured a reunion. The two recently stood in front of the camera together for Massive Talent. However, Nicolas Cage’s answer is clear and concise: “I’m not really in it. I’m a Trekkie!“
“I’m not in the Star Wars family. I’m in the Star Trek family. […] I like the political and the sociology… to me that’s science fiction. And Star Trek really lived it up.
