Closed 1-1 draw between Saprissa and Alajuelense at the Ricardo Saprissa stadium, for date 5 of the Costa Rica – Clausura 2023 tournament.
With a goal from Carlos Mora, they began by winning the visit at the beginning of the first half, however, 50 minutes into that stage, Kendall Waston managed to equalize for the locals.

Saprissa will host AD San Carlos on the next round. Likewise, Alajuelense will play at home against Pérez Zeledón.
After the match, the local team is left with 11 points and in second place in the standings. While the visit has 11 units and occupies the top of the tournament.
