On its interactive map, Météo Algérie has placed six (6) wilayas in the east of the country on yellow alert, warning of rain showers. According to the same source, these are Béjaia, Tizi Ouzou, Annaba, Skikda, Jijel and El Tarf. In addition, the ONM has also placed the wilaya of Ouargla on yellow alert, warning against rainstorms.
The snow could return this week, because for this Wednesday, February 8, the services of Algeria Weather reported that “a few snowflakes will be observed at the end of the night on the summits of the mountains, in particular that of Djurdjura and Babors” .

Regarding the weather forecast for this Wednesday, the ONM indicated that “a clear to slightly cloudy sky will cover the western regions of the country”. While “a temporarily cloudy sky with some scattered rain will cover the central and eastern regions”.
Finally, at the level of the Saharan regions, Météo Algérie has forecast an “often cloudy to locally cloudy sky with some sometimes stormy rains over the regions going from the Algerian-Malian border to the central and eastern Sahara”. And “generally clear to partially cloudy skies in other regions”.

In addition, the services of the ONM have indicated that the maximum temperatures forecast for this Wednesday, February 8, 2023 will oscillate between 14°C and 17°C in the coastal regions, between 10°C and 18°C in the interior regions. And between 15°C and 33°C in the Saharan regions.
Thus, Météo Algérie has forecast 13°C in Mila and Médéa, 14°C in Skikda, 15°C in Tenes and Jijel. But also 16°C in Oran, Guelma and Algiers. 18°C in Chlef and M’Sila, 19°C in El Oued, 22°C in Adrar, and finally, 29°C in Bordj Badji Mokhtar.
